Payment & Shipping FAQ

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal payments. For credit card payments, please add your card to your PayPal account during checkout.

2. Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are dispatched from China.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • USA: 7–14 business days
    • Europe: 7–10 business days
      (Delays may occur due to customs clearance or holidays).

3. Which logistics provider do you use? How can I track my order?

  • Courier: We ship via YunExpress, a cost-effective solution for cross-border e-commerce.
  • Tracking Options:
    • Use the global tracking platform 17TRACK with your tracking number;
    • Contact our customer service for assistance if needed.

4. Why PayPal? Is it secure?

PayPal is an internationally trusted payment platform offering:

  • Security: Encrypted transactions and dispute resolution;
  • Currency Conversion: Supports multi-currency payments with real-time exchange rates.

5. What if my tracking information doesn’t update?

  • Possible Reasons: International shipments may show delays (1–2 days) during transit checkpoints;
  • Action: If no update after 3 days, contact us with your order number for investigation

6. Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

USA Orders:

All orders include Tax at checkout. You will not pay any tax when it arrived to US.

Europe Orders:

All orders include VAT (Value-Added Tax) at checkout, complying with EU regulations. No additional fees are charged at customs for orders under €150.
Note: For high-value shipments (e.g., above €150 to Europe or $800 to the USA), local customs may require additional documentation.
